What You Need to Know

How do I sign up?

There are two Google forms(linked in the get involved page), the first Google form is for you to sign up before you run or walk the race. The second one is for you to report your time, share pictures, show your race route, etc. Please take the time to fill out and submit both forms. There is a $10 base donation to run the race, if you want to donate more you can there is also a donation button under the get involved tab of the website.

Can anyone run/walk the 5K?

Yes! Anyone of any age can participate in the 5K. Get a group of friends and family together and take a walk make some memories. Have everyone in your group wear blue and purple. Have fun, bottom line is any one any age any where can participate.

When is the last day I can register?

The last day you can register is November 30th 2023, the last day you will be able to submit the completion form will be December 2nd 2023. Make sure you have both forms submitted by the due dates so that your entry is counted.

Is there a fee to run the race?

There is a $10 base fee to run the race so that we can raise money for the Emanuel syndrome foundation. Pay your fee at PayPal to Oscar Salazar at obsalazar@yahoo.com
